ApartmentsOpen is built to cut out the high service fees. We connect the owner and renter directly to work out the details of the rental.
Who can list a Property on ApartmentsOpen.com?
Anyone can list on ApartmentsOpen.com but you have to be the property owner or have permission to list the property.
Is ApartmentsOpen.com an international website?
Yes, ApartmentsOpen.com lists short and long term property rentals from owners all over the world.
Will my listing be advertised globally?
Yes, we advertise listings globally to attract customers that may be travelling to the different parts of the world
Can I advertise my property in a language other than English?
Yes, you can advertise your listing in a language of your choice. In addition, the website can be translated to different languages by clicking the flags on the home page.
How can I list my property on ApartmentsOpen.com?
To list your property, click on the “List your property” link at the top of the page and follow the 7 simple steps. After the 7 steps, your listing will be reviewed and proof of ownership will be requested.
Do I need to create an account in order to list my property?
No, you do not need to create an account to post your property listings
How long will it take for my listing to appear?
The listing will appear after verification. This process usually takes less than 24 hours.
How many photos can I upload with my listing?
You can post a maximum of 6 photos. Try to post the best pictures that showcase your property.
How long can I list a property?
The listing will expire depending on the number of days you choose to post. You will be given the option of renewing your listing or posting a new listing for the rental.
How much do you charge per listing?
A 30-day listing will cost $30. You can list your property for as many months as you would like. The minimum number of days you can register your property is 30 days.
What payment methods do you accept/How do I pay for a listing?
You can pay via Paypal. We will send you an invoice once your listing is approved. The invoice has to be paid within 48 hours

Is there a refund if I decide to cancel my listing?
There is no refund once the property is listed
